The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, two twin and one double with two shower rooms with toilets.
One lounge kitchen diner. A tiled terrace and parking facilities for one car.
There are two restaurants, one baker and one butcher in the village. The nearest larger shops and supermarket is in Elche de la Sierra 20km away. A spiral staircase connects to all floors, this cottage is unsuitable for the use of small children or animals.
